Hawthorn Cottage, Roughton

Sleeps 4 people ~ 3 miles from the beach

Hawthorn Cottage is a cosy barn where the original features blend seamlessly with the new.

Decorated and styled to a high standard, the barn is located in Roughton, beside Rainbow Cottage and Blackberry Cottage off a country lane, just a short drive from the north norfolk coast. Roughton village has a shop, fish’n’ chip shop and pub, with many more amenities available in Cromer, which is a short drive away.

Hawthorn Cottage is all on one level with an open-plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Room. There’s a wood burner to keep your toasty on cooler days and an outside patio where you can enjoy an al fresco breakfast when the sun decides to shine.

The cottage has access to the owner’s indoor heated, salt water swimming pool and a children’s outdoor play area.

*Note: The swimming pool is available between the hours of 5 and 8pm (other times possible by pre-arrangement) and is shared between 3 cottages. There is no lifeguard, so an adult must supervise children of any age at all times and nobody can use the pool area on their own. No alcohol is to be consumed in the pool area.
